Was originally going to go with 4 stars due to the hassles with shipping and couriers not following instructions but that it would be unfair to let a third party influence my review of DubHaus, ordering was really simple and I found the customer service to be prompt and friendly. Having read through some of the other reviews it seems to be a pattern that good service and support being let down by couriers or shipping, cant speak for everyone but i would be happier to pay another $10 on delivery fees for a more efficient service. Seems a shame to let another business reflect negatively on yourself. products arrived packaged securely, will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I had an excellent experience with this company. There was a slight delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances; however, I was contacted immediately by Riley who explained the reasons. The goods arrived via express post in excellent condition and worked perfectly in accordance with expectations. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service super speedy delivery. Went above and beyond for me as my vinyl headlight eyelid ripped and replaced it immediately. Don’t see this level of service often these days. Thanks Dubhaus

Ordered a set of weather shields for my vehicle. Delivery was good even over xmas period. Goods were well packaged until I unpacked them. The tape used to adhere them to the vehicle has actually stuck to the packaging causing it to be damaged when unpacked ( even being careful) The tape fitted at the leading edge of the units for the front doors was not in the place where it would meet the vehicle for a solid connection, the backing on the 3m tape was very hard to remove without the tape coming off of the shields literally had to flick it up with the edge of a sharp stanley blade. The supplied clips to help keep them on the doors came with no instructions for fitting and were not intuitive for assembly ,contacted the company but as helpful as they were on a saturday morning couldnt really provide any info to help. The units came with cleaning products for the areas on the vehicle where the 3M tape contacted but again no instructions. Searched the company page for a "how to " but didnt find such information. Not saying the company is not good but when reselling products manufactured and shipped from overseas concise clear fitting instructions are a must. If purchasing be prepared to source some extra tape and use it on the damaged areas if you find it damaged as it is a one shot deal and if it doesnt stick the first time the units will not be sound. Price and shipping was good but some product info and QC might be needed. :)

These guys are amazing, they assisted me to order and have installed a full kit for my son’s car. Friendly and easy to deal with and the installation was very reasonably priced and they did it in good time. My son absolutely loves the additions added to his car and I don’t know what I would have done without their assistance. Thank you guys so much, such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them. I have also had the cat back exhaust installed in the golf as well as ambient lighting and spoiler on my A250. The installation price is reasonable and the customer service is amazing. These guys know their stuff and always go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend them.
