How long has dubhaus. been operating for?

We have been spicing things up since 2019.

Do you guys manufacture your own products?

A lot of our items are manufactured for us and only us. This is to ensure optimal quality control, and that is why all our products fit as well as OEM.

How do your products fit so well?

This is not something that happens magically overnight. We do not source our products from a supplier and then mark them up and re sell them to you, we work closely with manufacturers to ensure you receive excellent products of high-quality standards.

Do you drop ship?

We are not a multinational business, at least not yet. We do SOMETIMES need to order some parts especially in for you so they may come directly from our manufacturer to cut down on your waiting time. We inspect & package all your orders ourselves.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and are express couriered to you. Orders will take 1-3 business days depending on your location.

What should I expect after I have put my order through?

Once your item has been processed, you should receive an email and a text message from our courier (please check your junk mail) once it has been picked up.

I made a mistake when I was putting an order through what do I do?

We ask that all our customers take extra care when checking out, but if you are human and have made a mistake, we ask that you call us or email us immediately to rectify this issue before we ship your item out.

Pickups (Available only at our Sydney, Australia location)

If you select local pickup upon checkout, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and you will be notified when it’s ready for pick up.

Do you offer installation?

While we are great advocates for DIY and ensure our products do not need you to spend countless amount of your hard-earned dollars to get them installed, we do offer installation through a large network of partners everywhere in Australia! Just shoot us an email and we will work it out together.

Where are your items shipped from?

Unlike others, we ship primarily from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.  All our products are inspected by us before shipping to ensure you receive the best of the best every single time.

Do you ship internationally?

In short, YES. We do require you to email us before you put any order through as our international shipping is calculated dependent on many variables.

The items I have received are damaged, what do I do?

Dubhaus. takes all care and consideration when we pack and ship our orders. We check every product prior to shipping. However, damage can still occur during transit. If you believe your item(s) were damaged in transit please send us detailed photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If it is found that the goods were damaged in transit, we will replace the items if they are in stock. If the items are not in stock, you will be issued with a refund.

I do not want what I ordered anymore, what do I do?

Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or an incorrect purchase.

We allow our customers to return their purchase within 5 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the fitment & quality for its intended model. The item must be still in its original packaging.

All approved items must be returned to Dubhaus unopened and unused. Correct packaging must be used when sending the item back. Dubhaus will not refund any items that have been damaged during transit on their return. Once the item has been received by Dubhaus in satisfactory condition, Dubhaus will only refund the cost of the item minus 20% restocking fee not including shipping costs if this is due change of mind or an incorrect purchase.

In relation to pre-ordered products - if you choose to cancel your order within the preorder period, a 20% restocking fee will still apply. However, if the product is passed the anticipated delivery date you will be entitled to a full refund if you wish to cancel.
