Most VW / SKODA doors all feature a red plastic reflector on the bottom of the door card, a safety feature to increase visibility when doors are open at night.
However, by replacing the standard reflectors with our bright courtesy door LED lights, it will increase visibility by ten-fold. Bright white LEDs illuminate to make sure other road-users are aware and know what you're about to step onto.
NOTE: MK5 / MK6 - Installation requires connecting provided wiring harness to the main door wiring loom (plug-in terminals) and VCDS coding to enable the circuit.
MK7 / MK7.5 Requires splicing of wires (Power & Ground). No coding will be required.
